Here's two of our most FAQ's:

FAQ:  After I fill out my address shipping information, how do I choose my shipping?

ANSWER:  Once you have filled out your address information for shipping and click continue, you will see a box on the upper left side asking you to choose your shipping choice.  If you are sending to AA,AE,AP, Guam,Puerto Rico,US Virgin Islands, you would click the dot beside that choice.  If you are sending to US,Alaska,Hawai,Canada, you click on the dot beside that choice.  Click on continue and your next page will give you your complete order total.  Next click to proceed to pay, and you are taken to PayPal to pay for your order.  It's that simple, your shipping is already figured out for you, you just click a dot! 

FAQ:  How long does it take for International shipping?

ANSWER:  Once your order has been received, we begin to process within 24 hours.  International shipping does take longer to process due to being International, usually between 10-15 business days.  Once shipped, you should receive your package within 7-10 business days.  We wish this process was shorter but there are International rules/laws we need to follow.  Be sure to order early to ensure your order arrives well before the time you need it.
